REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In-person registration events have completed but we will still be accepting registrations until September 22. You can bring it with you to any MPW sponsored event or to the HUT when open. For more info, please message us at methuenpopwarner1@gmail.com.

Registration Fees:

1 Athlete $250

$350- Two Siblings 

$400- Immediate Family Cap

Cash, Check, Credit, Money Order, and Venmo accepted

In addition a $100 Volunteer Deposit is required and will be returned upon a family’s completion of 4 volunteer hours. Families can volunteer at home games, cheer competitions, HUT operations, and/or fundraiser events, among many other opportunities. Check on our Volunteer Hours Signup page for opportunities.

The athlete's original birth certificate will also be required. This will be collected and returned upon the return of all uniforms and equipment at the end of the season.

Please bring the completed forms (see below) with you. We will have copies of the forms on-site as well if you are unable to print them out.
