Open to both boys and girls ages 5-14, must be 5 by July 31, 2022.

Age as of 7/31 will determine team placement.

$250 for one child $350 for 2 children family cap of $400

$100 family volunteer fee to be returned after 4 hours of volunteer time.

Season kicks off Monday August 1, 2022 for all teams except u6 and F-team cheer which will start the following week on August 8, 2022.

Children with missing paperwork on 8/1 will not be allowed to start until all paperwork is received.

MPW will be set up on the To-Go side and the following items are NEEDED to register your child. We will not be accepting incomplete registration packets.

Original Birth Certificate with Seal

Completed 2022 registration packet (the only missing documents will be the Pop Warner physical form signed and dated by your child’s doctor and the last report card for the 21-22 school year - this has changed from years past as we have accepted physical forms from the doctor's office, this year we will accept the Pop Warner form ONLY- these will be REQUIRED by August 1st in order for your child to start the season).
