2025 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration for the 2025 Season is expected to take place Spring 2025 We are unable to accept registrations until this time. For more information please email info@methuenpopwarner.net
2024 Registration Fees (Cash Prices)
One Child- $300
Two Siblings- $400
Three Siblings- $450
Household Cap- $500
Registrations submitted from 7/15 to 8/15 will be subject to a late fee of $45.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, & Card
Venmo/Cash App/Zelle is not accepted for registration, volunteer deposit, or cash calendar fundraiser.
In addition, a Volunteer Deposit ($100) is required and will be returned upon a family’s completion of 6 volunteer hours. Families can volunteer at home games, cheer competitions, HUT operations, and/or fundraiser events, among many other opportunities. Check with your coaches or team parent for other opportunities.
Cash Calendar Fundraiser- $10 per calendar
The purchase of cash calendars is required for all registrations. 5 calendars for one child. For 2+ children, the requirement cap is 10 (a family is allowed to take more if they wish) Cash or Check only.
The above will be processed in 3 separate transactions and any processing fees as well. If paying by cash or check, there are no processing fees.
The athlete's original birth certificate and report card will be due before the first day of practice and are required to practice. No exceptions. The birth certificate will be collected and returned to the guardian upon the return of all uniforms and equipment after the last event of the season. If equipment/uniforms are not returned, the family will be invoiced for the full current cost of replacements.
